Shipping + Delivery Timelines:

1. What are the shipping fees and delivery time of the orders?
Since our products are produced in small batches in order to minimise our wastage, it takes us 1-2 days to dispatch your order from our facility and another 3-5 working days to reach you, depending on your pincode.

2. Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping PAN India. We do not ship internationally.

My Order:

1. How do I find my order number? How do I track my order?
You get an automated notification with your order number in a couple of hours post placing your order. We exclusively work with Delhivery as our third-party logistics partner - all orders can be tracked on https://www.delhivery.com/tracking with their respective AWB numbers.

2. Can I change my delivery address?
Please send us an email at orders@mileactive.com. We can change the delivery address from our end only if it has not been dispatched from our facility yet.

Returns + Exchanges:

1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 7 day free return policy for any item that is not on sale and an exchange policy in case there is a sizing issue. 

2. How much is the return shipping fee?
We do not charge a return shipping fee. We initiate a reverse pick-up from your delivery address.

3. How do I start the return process?
To initiate a return, you can write to us on orders@mileactive.com. Please mention your order number in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your order and complete quality inspection. 

5. What do I do if I receive a damaged order?
Please inspect your order upon reception. In case you feel like the products have been damaged or tampered with, drop us an email on orders@mileactive.com within 3 days of receiving your order and let us know so we can rectify the situation immediately. 

Product Care + Materials:

1. How do I take care of my activewear?
Machine wash cold with similar colours. Dry immediately. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Payments:

1. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit & Debit Card, Cash on Delivery - All transactions are processed via Razorpay.

2. How is my refund processed?
Once your return order is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be credited to the same bank account that the payment was made from. In case of COD orders, we will get in touch with you for your bank details to process the refund.
