Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns:

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to raise a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging along with the receipt.

You cannot return or exchange any item on sale.

To initiate a return, please write to us on orders@mileactive.com. Please mention your order number in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your order and complete quality inspection.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only permitted in case there is a sizing issue. You cannot exchange across different product categories.

In case of exchanges, we will dispatch your new order 2 days after we receive your initial order and complete quality inspection.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. In case you feel like the products have been damaged or tampered with, drop us an email with pictures of the damaged items on orders@mileactive.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellation requests once the order has been placed with us.
